- Attained 60% and above in all semesters
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Biomedical
- No history of backlog in any semester
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles to optimize routine operational activities
- Assure compliance with corporate, site and regulatory policies, practices and guidelines
- Proactively provide engineering and technical assistance to the function
- Initiate, develop and recommend engineering methods and procedures to optimize existing processes (reduce cost, reduce cycle time, improve customer satisfaction, etc.)
