-Experience in Production Web systems characterized by high-end performance, reliability, availability, scalability, security
-In Depth knowledge in one or more of these fields is mandatory: Databases /Networking / OS / Distributed Computing / Grid Computing / Web Services
-Contributions in external forums (conferences, publications, blogs, open source)
-Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
-Strong Technical leadership qualities
