Skills : 
* Certified Websphere Application Server Specialist
* Installation and configuration experience and knowledge of other J2EE platforms i.e Tomcat, WAS Community Edition, JBOSS, Geronimo, etc.
* Knowledge and experience in Websphere Process Server and Portal.
* Kean to learn ability to cope up with other team members
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with customers
* Ability to see “the forest amongst the trees”.
* Exposure to  Websphere technologies on other platforms (i.e. iSeries, Linux and AIX)
