- Good Communication skills
- Candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter
- Formal education in BE – Computer/IT OR MCA(2012/2013 passout with 60% aggregate
- Java/testing/.NET/C++/Mobile/python- certifications or courses from a reputed Institute would be an added advantage
- Ability to perform analysis, design requirements, develop project plans.
- Good Programming Skills
- Problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.  
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadline.
