Job Description

• Customer Service Representatives 
• We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with 0 to 4 of experience for our Hyderabad center. 
• Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and arrange the service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction. 

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Receiving calls from customers based out of US 
• Solving queries and concerns on the call 
• Arranging for any service required by the Customer 
• Provide Customer with product and service information 
• Sell Products to eligible Customers 
• Up sell Products and Services 
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve 
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. 
• Recommend process improvements. 

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent English Communications Skills 
• Passion for customer services and a flair for sales 
• Previous call center experience is a plus 
• Unyielding Integrity 
• Ability to work in a challenging environment 
• Willing to work in Night shifts 
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and MS Office 
• Age above 18 years 
• Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline (2012 pass out BE, B.Tech s Freshers/Experienced can also apply)
