• Should be flexible with shift timings (12Noon-2PM).
• Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Hiring for International voice process.
• Should have the ability to trouble-shoot customer escalation and resolve the issue within the TAT.
• Should be customer centric.
• Should have the ability to solve queries of customer.
