Responsibilities:
* Working as customer support associate voice process
* Would be handling inbound and outbound calls
* Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)

Desired Profile:
* Any Graduate (min. 15 years education)
* Candidates with BE/ B.Tech degree with less than 60% are also eligible
