• Providing technical support for Desktop/Laptop issues
• installation, Trouble shooting PC-Hardware and Local Network related issues
• Installing & Configuring Local Printers, Scanners and Network Printers.
• Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of antivirus issues
• Installation, Configuring mail Clients like MS Outlook, Outlook express taking backup
• Working knowledge of remote access: Remote Desktop and VPN
• Keeping systems updated with patches and service packs.
