Job Description:
IT Controls Responsibilities:

• Performs activities resulting from Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Conducts internal testing and/or self-audits against IT Controls documentation for identifying new controls or adjustments to existing controls
• Participates in meeting the documentation requirements of internal and external audit reviews
• Participates/implements initiatives associated with the management and ownership of the IT Access Security Process for employees, vendors and customers.
• Identifies and reports potential issues and/or violations to IT Management that may be of concern to senior management
• Monitors, analyzes, documents, and assists with the validation of the Internal Controls structure surrounding IT processes and protection of data from unauthorized individuals
• Develops and delivers IT Controls training
• Provides and maintains clear and concise documentation of work performed, issues identified, and associated remediation activities
• Enforces adherence to processes and maintenance activities associated with Records Retention, Legal Holds, and e-Discovery
• Assist in the processing of Security Risk Assessments.

IT Security Responsibilities:

• Uses various application systems for (Approva, Active Directory, ARP, FIM, SMART, and USD) to procure system account and user information as needed by the E-Z-GO, and Jacobsen Divisions.
• Serves in a backup capacity to the other IT Security Analysts for Access Security duties, including Application Access (SAP. Oracle, TeamCenter, Subversion, MySQL, Gatekeeper, Network, and eSFA), verification of supervising manager and data owner security approvals, security/application modifications, and account terminations
• Serves as liaison between IT Access Security and HR Departments with regard to the processing of new hires, terminations, and daily HR Security Reports and serves as liaison between IT Access Security and infrastructure outsourcing provider with regard to the follow-up of submitted user access requests.
• Reviews and approves application changes to E-Z-GOs SAP and Jacobsens Oracle Environment.
