Job Description :

1) PC Software installation & Troubleshooting Support (OS & Common Office  Application software)
2) Desktop Antivirus installation, Updating.
3) Email Client installation & support.(MS - outlook)
4) Desktop Problem Diagnosis & resolution with the help of AMC /Hardware/Software vendors.
5) Accept the act on the support calls / trouble tickets assigned.
6) Regular checking of the tickets bin to check the assigned tickets if any.
7) Completing all the support call activities assigned within given TAT. 
8) Co-ordination with Vendor for all desktop,laptop and hardware related issues.

Please Note : Candidates who have appeared for an interview with HCL Infosystems Ltd. in last 6 months need not apply.
