Required Candidate Skills & Job Profile:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• Graduate engineer with strong academics in Mechanical/ Automobile engineering.
• Willingness to work hard and should be a good team player with acceptance for wide travel needs.
• Responsible for field trials and fitment of various friction products to be launched in the market.
• Ensure to track the performance of filed tryouts as guided by Applications manager and report to the management.
• Coordinate with local process, product and manufacturing teams to ensure support of samples needed for fitment / Dyno tryouts.
• Timely launch of identified products in the aftermarket , as guided by manager .
• Reporting the launch progress and conducting team reviews to ensure proper launch.
• Follow the Applications engineering systems to ensure that drawings are made, specifications are defined and approved for all the launches planned.
• Support Plant QA for the PPAP of identified products.
• Maintain Applications documentation as required to ensure ISO /TS system and drawing controls , as guided by manager.
• Support Global teams for benchmarking of competition and dyno /technical evaluation.
• Support Purchase team for development of packing standards and ensure approvals as per system
