Qualification:    The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent thereto from a recognized university or institution as on last date of Registration step II. The applicant should have passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the subject as on last date of Registartion Step II. Besides this, the applicant should also possess atleast one hundred and twenty hours (120 Hours) course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government recognized Institution or a reputed Institution, which is ISO 9001 certified or possess a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India.
