• Develop in-depth understanding of Knowlarity cloud telephony platform and technology architecture
• Design, develop and execute test automation for multiple product lines
• Collaborate with development team to increase test coverage, resolve product issues and improve the service levels of our platform and products
• Design and configure the necessary test environment for product and integration testing
• Review technology changes in the industry to keep up the test tools with technology update
