• Troubleshooting Network related issues
• Troubleshooting Mailing related issues
• Understanding of Mailing topology
• Troubleshooting Antivirus related issue/s
• Configuration and troubleshooting Firewalls
• Configuration and knowledge of Cisco Router
• Configuration of Switches / VLAN
• Looking after all hardware and software related Issues
