* Regular MBA from premier institute preferred
* Prepare employee files and maintain the same
* Prepare and maintain various HR reports and data
* Prepare HR / company Letters
* Manage biometric Attendance process
* Manage ESIC requirements (Monthly Challan, Smart Card, Employee Counter File)
* Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities
* Maintaining MIS related to Payroll, Compliances & employee records.
* Maintain training logs and enter in database
* Maintain confidentiality of all records, information and payroll operations.
* Strong Analytical skills
* Excellent command over excel & PowerPoint
* Good written & spoken communication skills in English
