• Will undergo on the job trainings in all the departments of Operations
• Should be able to handle LIVE operations of assigned projects immediately after the completion of training, under appropriate supervision
• Should acknowledge customer emails
• Should attend/support conference calls along with their immediate Managers
• Maintain & Update trackers, Follow-up, monitor & deliver day's schedule
• Develop strong inter-personal relationship with everyone in the project team
