Job Description :
# Providing solution to the customers queries related to Quick Heal softwares over phone/email or remote/ on-site visit.
# Demonstrating the products to customers/dealers as and when required.
# Analyzing the problems reported by customers, replying it to escalating to seniors with precise observations and proper documentation.
# Solving the problems reported by customer by troubleshooting it by visiting the site or using the remote troubleshooting tools, with timely updating the same to all the concerned.
# Creating the tickets and reply with accurate solution, or updating the progress till its closure.
# Taking care of assigned Tickets by replying it timely.
# Stay up-to-date pro-actively about in-depth knowledge QH products & also be familiar with important concepts related to the antivirus technologies.

Candidate Profile :
1) Local Language will be an added advantage.
2) Two wheeler must.
3) Min 1 year experience in technical support
