JOB SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities :
1 Develop and execute recruiting plans
2. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
3. Administrative duties.

Qualification:
1.Experience of around 2 -4 years - out of which the candidate should have hands on experience of at least 2 years in handling Recruitment.
2.Experienced in handling Recruitment, Head Hunting, Talent Management, Employee Database, Attrition Management, Retention, and Separation Process & HR MIS.
3.The person should be a self-starter with can do attitude with good spoken & written skills, with good conceptual clarity & people skills.
4.The person should be good at facts and figures.
5.Should be a graduate/ post graduate from any stream with good academics. PG qualification in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
