- Responsible for screening resumes, interviewing candidates, salary negotiation and hiring new employees (Joining Formalities, generation of appointment letter/offer letters).
- Good knowledge of the industry and competition, developing reports providing quick information on skill set and compensation levels.
- Salary negotiation & getting candidates on board.
