* Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
* Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
* Negotiate on Salary aspects.
* Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.

Desired Profile:
* Excellent Communication Skills.
* Willingness to work in Night Shift.
* Prior experience in Recruitments or HR, will be an added advantage.
* Qualification / Prior experience is NO BAR.
* Fresh Graduates / Post Graduates will be preferred.
