* Screen and Evaluate prospective candidates for various requirements
* Matching expectation of candidates and clients.
* Taking Telephonic round of Interview

Required Skills:
* Exceptional communication skills - firm command over written/spoken English is a must.
* Should be able to communicate ideas effectively and clearly.
* Ability to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
* Strong background in Extra-Curricular is highly desired.
* Good Aptitude to be productive while working independently.
