• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge on B2B and B2C Sales/marketing, And the ability to offer a consultative sales approach.
• Knowledge on Software industry and its business operations.

Job Description :

• Prospecting new business in a way of surveys the market and identifies potential customers from the assigned target market for our software products.
• Lead Generation, appointment scheduling, building solid pipelines and completing the sale with the assistance of senior sales person.
• Selling our varied IT products, solutions and services to academics, institutes and organization across the globe.
• Ability to maintain and manage accounts and customer relationship across the assigned region.
• Active involvement in pre-order stage like explaining the concept, giving product demos, putting the solution on drawing board and understanding the customization required for each solution
• Play an active part in finalization, negotiations of orders, in post-order stages like payment related issues and client relationship management.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales and gross margin targets consistently.
• The new incumbent will be responsible for end to end sales process.
• Generating new revenues for business with strategic and innovative approaches.
