1. Good Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
2. Core and Advanced Java is Mandatory
3. Added advantage if Associate has Struts/Spring/hibernate knowledge
4. Added advantage if Associate has basic Database knowledge
5. Experience at least one Year in development Project
6. Added advantage if Associate has unit testing knowledge

DotNet :
1. Good Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
2. C# and ASP.Net is mandatory
3. Added advantage if Associate has WCF/Web services knowledge
4. Added advantage if Associate has basic Database knowledge
5. Experience at least one Year in development Project
6. Added advantage if Associate has unit testing knowledge

IOS :
1. Atleast 1 year of overall IT development experience
2. Minimum 1 year experience in native iOS development.
3. Exposure on UI widgets, core services layer, REST based integration, Media layer, JSON, XML, Push notifications and Notification center.
4. Knowledge on building library projects, HTML 5, JQuery and frameworks like phonegap, sencha will be desirable.
