Job Description:

* Responsible for generating business for web - based services through Online bidding portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru etc
* Making Effective Proposals with Zero Errors or iterations.
* Be a part of complete International sales process starting from Bidding, negotiating and closure of the deal.
* Proposal Writing, Follow Up, Requirement Gathering, Link between the Developments.
* Responsible for market research, getting leads and prospective clients.
* Communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients.
* Provide Sales support for company's Web based products through Live Chat to customers.
* All activities related to client acquisition.
* Achieve Sales Targets given by the Manager.
* Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
* Complete Inhouse sales process.
* Having Experience of 6 month to 1 year in Development (PHP, Magento, Drupal, Wordpress etc) will be added advantage.
                                           OR
* Having Experience of 6 month to 1 year in SEO / Online digital Marketing will be added advantage.

Desired Profile:
* Excellent communication skills in English and good negotiation skills are must.
* Fresher / experienced can be considered.
* Should have knowledge on Business Development.
* Computer Savvy.
* Sound Technical Knowledge.
* Good Attitude, Team Spirit, Target Driven, Career Oriented and a Quick Learner.
* Candidate from little Technical background will be given preference.
* Strategizing and implementing Effective Business Development Techniques.
