# Handling Inbound/Outbound Customer calls (Domestic process) for non tech and semi tech processes.
# Catering to complaint management desk where associates will get queries/ requests/complaints through Calls (Voice Process).
# The position requires orientation to quality of service, not chasing monthly targets.
Work Timings :
# Full Timers: Rotational shifts between 6.30 AM to 10.30 PM, day shift for out bound Tele callers.
# Part Timers: Rotational shifts any 4 Hours between 7AM 2PM or 4PM to 11PM.
# Transport not provided

Please Note :
# Candidates will go though one Month of Process Training before joining their employment and are not paid Salary / Stipend during this Training period (Telugu and English Speakers).

# For Multi-lingual speakers it is first day pay out.
# Candidate should be ready to join immediately with no long leaves plan of 1st 3 months of joining.
