• Providing solution to the customers queries related to Quick Heal softwares over phone/email or remote/on-site visit.
• Demonstrating the products to customers/dealers as and when required.
• Analyzing the problems reported by customers, replying it to escalating to seniors with precise observations and proper documentation.
• Solving the problems reported by customer by troubleshooting it by visiting the site or using the remote troubleshooting tools, with timely updating the same to all the concerned.
• Creating the tickets and reply with accurate solution, or updating the progress till its closure.
• Taking care of assigned Tickets by replying it timely.
• Stay up-to-date pro-actively about in-depth knowledge QH products & also be familiar with important concepts related to the antivirus technologies
