Goals/Objectives Of Position :
# To achieve the set targets (Qualitative and Quantitative) with the required schedule.
# Hours Required: Min 8 hrs, should be flexible to stretch beyond his/her shift.
# Salary Range: As per Company Policy

Knowledge/Skills Required :
# Knowledge - Operating knowledge of MS Office Skills
- Typing skills at least 30 wpm.
- Willingness to work in 24*7 environment for males, fixed day shifts for females.
# Personal Characteristics and Behaviors
- Ability to work as a team.
- Adaptable to the changes and modifications.
- Analytical bent of mind.
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous.
- Positive attitude.
- Awareness of ISO
- Ability to work under pressure situations and not lose focus
- Should be able to synchronize well with the TL

Major Duties :
# Studies and familiarizes oneself with project rules, specifications and updates of the assigned project.
# Works on assigned file as per the set instructions.
# Strives to meet the required productivity and accuracy as per the quota.
# Handles other tasks that may be assigned when necessary etc.
# Brings to the attention of the team lead any problem that may arise while working a file.
# To ensure that during the whole process of working on file no data loss is there.
