Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with basic domain knowledge in Networking concepts
• Prior Experience from an International Technical Support (VOICE) is highly preferred
• Must have outstanding WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Responsibilities :

• Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
• Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
• Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support
