• HR Generalist Training Required For Interview

• Handling end to end Payroll Process

• Monthly attendance & leave tracking.

• Record Management & Monthly processing of Salary.

• Exit formalities Full and Final Settlement processing.

• Solving issues & queries related to payroll.

• Payroll / Staffing Background

• Monitoring Payroll Process, Salary register, Preparing statutory compliances, F&F, Tax 

• Calculations of individual employees, Form 16 .

• Invoicing to clients based on the payroll output, debit/credit notes.

• Ensure all necessary input information is received on time, supplied in correct format, and checked fit for payroll r processing.

• Solving queries of Candidates in relate to salary, leaves, PF etc. Processing 
• Reimbursements/ Incentives of employees

• Maintaining MIS of employees, Attrition Reports, Furnishing statutory reports to finance for payouts

• Completing Joining documentation of the candidate (and Issuing Appointment letter, Offer Letter, Extension letters, Relieving letter, etc.)

• Proper tracking of CTC records of all existing employees as per minimum wage, CTC revision as per minimum wage notification.

• Maintain files in accordance with requirements of Payroll with complete confidentiality.
