• 8-10 years of development and support projects experience on medium to large scale web Applications with a technical background of .Net and/or Java 

• Good in providing technical solutions and estimations for minor/major enhancements/projects

• Experienced in project management including quality/cost/risk management

• Able to lead a team of 10-15

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Managing Service deliverables, Acting as a communication focal point between the Client and Service Delivery

• Good in Managing maintenance project plans, project dashboards, status and metrics reporting to client on a daily/weekly basis

• Hands on in PM operations including Invoicing, Audits (internal/external), BCP

• Experience in ITIL/ITSM including SLA and Ticket Management
