Team Lead - Call center (Domestic Outbound Sales)

Salary:
 INR 180,000 to INR 300,000

* Team Handling
* Managing agents and ensuring sales.
* Making agents Sales Report.
* Responsible for Maintaining agent's call quality.
* Keep a check on Team attrition.
* Motivating team members.
* Keeping track of agent's Login Hours/ Dialer Hours.
* Should have experience in outbound or inbound process.
