• Analyst ‑ Global Finance - Hyderabad
• Function: U.S. India Enabling Areas

Work Location: Hyderabad 

Job Responsibilities:

• Firm Project Reporting and Analysis ‑ Supports tracking, reporting, and understanding of status of Firm Revenue projects. Includes monthly leadership report to Finance Managers or Controllers on an accurate and timely basis. In addition, may work with budget holders and finance managers to provide project analysis to plan.
• Prepare the monthly results reports and presentations 
• Review and analyze output and elevate salient issues to Controller's attention 
• Regular communication of results to global community 
• Financial studies and modeling as necessary; preparation of reports and slides 
• Responsible for the day to day management of the operating budget, including reviewing and coding individual expenses/billings, account reconciliation as well as assisting with quarterly projections and annual budget preparation 
• Research and ad-hoc reporting as necessary 
• Liaising with other function groups and DTT Finance on reporting and budget issues 
• Responsible for taking the initiative and resolve things on their own to the extent possible 
• Communication ‑ Work as part of finance team (controller/finance manager, others) supporting “client” (business unit leadership) needs by demonstrating strong communication skills. Position requires frequent communication and follow-up with varying levels of personnel outside of the Finance organization including partners, directors, senior managers and various staff levels in support of budget management and other financial information.
• Standard and Ad hoc Reporting ‑ Will be assigned monthly reporting responsibilities (such as T&E expense reporting, Revenue Analysis) and support on an as needed basis to controllers/finance managers over and above the day to day reporting needs. This will include use of SAP system.
• Service Delivery ‑ Ensure and own quality and reliability for regular activities and escalating proactively where appropriate. Identify routine issues/ problems and troubleshooting/ problem solving them. Escalate/ refer non routine/ new issues/ problems to Supervisor in timely manner. Take ownership for completion of all assigned regular/routine task/ activities. Ensure completion of all ad-hoc tasks/ activities assigned from time to time and provide regular status updates to the Supervisor. 
• Teaming ‑ Works as a team member in providing value-added services as part of an integrated, virtual team. Also work seamlessly in a team environment by sharing responsibilities, communicating effectively and openly between peers, US supervisors and India Team leads. 
• Budgeting - Responsible for the day to day reporting of the firm project budget and actuals, including reviewing individual expenses/billings, transaction flow, and account reconciliation to ledger.
• Business Advisor - Provides accurate and timely information to client and continuously seeks to enhance the service provided to the client. 

Key Skills:

• College degree (Masters) with emphasis in finance and accounting is required. 
• Relevant experience (Finance) of 2 ‑ 4 years. 
• Advanced computer application skills in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of MS Access will be an added advantage. 
• Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills are a must. 
• Working knowledge of SAP and Essbase is preferred. 
• Ability to work in a team environment is critical.

BCom and MBA (Finance) only
