Job Description:

• Interview process management of entire recruitment cycle including applicant screening, preliminary interviews, soft skill interviews, co-ordination of subsequent interviews, salary/offer negotiations and joining formalities.
• Monitoring Pre-joining formalities till joining - conducting interviews, salary negotiation, issuing Offer letters.
• Maintaining relationships and agreements with recruitment agencies and various sources for high-quality candidates.
• Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with candidates.

Desired Candidates Profile:

1. Minimum 6months to 1year experience in HR!!!!!

2. Freshers are also welcome.

3. Efficient Communication skills - verbal and written.

4. Soft skills to handle all types of candidates over phone.

5. Aggression to achieve, Confidence, Persuasiveness are few qualities looked for.

6. Multi-tasking Ability, Time Management Skill, Ability to work with team, Self-driven and Highly Motivational
