Need a HR Recruiter for TVS Training and Services Ltd (Apply Online - reena@tvsts.com)

Job Description:

1. Sources and selects candidates by approaching Colleges, headhunting, telecalling, using Job Portals and all possible means for getting candidates on Board for the ICICI Bank Bank/HDFC Bank/L&T Insurance Project.

2. Deliver as per the targets set and maintain a good database of candidates as pipeline in order to consistently line up candidates on month on month basis to meet the business need of the ICICI Bank Bank/HDFC Bank/L&T Insurance assignments .

3. Timely, responsive and accurate sourcing of candidates as per the mandate shared by ICICI Bank/HDFC Bank/L&T Insurance Bank for hiring Sales Officers.

4. Follow the recruitment process and be highly compliant.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. On boarding 40 candidates by sourcing and selecting the right candidate for ICICI Bank/HDFC Bank/L&T Insurance.

2. Manage end to end of the sourcing cycle and ensure candidates are been on boarded for the ICICI Bank/HDFC Bank/L&T Insurance Project.
