Job Description:

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the HR Manager to ensure the expense lines of salaries & training are within the budget, also assist the HR Mgr to have a control over :

1. Employee Welfare Expenditure.

2. Recruitment expenses 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Assist the HR Manager in screening the application in order to select quality of personnel.

PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Pre-employment formalities.
• Assist the Hr Executive in organising Training & development activities, Performance Management, compensation management, HR rules and regulations which includes Leave etc.
• Attend to Team members grievance & counselling and advice them accordingly.
• Assist the HR Executive in handling the statutory compliance.
• Assist the To develop a Retention strategy.
• Assist the HR Executive in updating the HRIS system.
• In consultation with department heads and the General Manager prepares a succession plan for key positions.
• Update & file all HR related documentation and letters, files.
• Payroll updates and co-ordination with Finance department.
• Will perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Handles employee grievances and provides appropriate counselling.
• Facilitate the HR tool such as Round Table , REDS and any other activity from time to time.
