Job Description:

• Candidate should possess BE, B.Tech, BA, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com in any discipline
• Looking for people with an interest towards working for a Voice based global IT Helpdesk work environment
• Ready to work in 24/7 work environment, mostly evening and night shifts
• 2 weekly offs; consecutive. Any two days of the week
• Problem and Incident Management from IT Infra standpoint
