Job description:

• Review the Standard Operating Procedures & liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure that it is being signed-off as per SOP Governance requirements.
• Liaise with Operations Managers (Onshore / Offshore) and assist the team by driving pro-active risk initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Change Governance Process and escalate deviations promptly.
• Review the FMEA at least once in six months to ensure that the risks are appropriately captured including controls.
• Ensure all incidents are appropriately reported, including root cause analysis & tracking of recommendations to closure.
• Conduct Clear Desk Audits at periodic intervals.
• Prepare & submit Process Report Cards in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the BCM plans are reviewed and approved, including Business Impact Analysis, Call Trees etc.,
• Assist the BCP Manager while conducting the BC test cycles.
• Conduct Process Checklists review & monitoring including Key Control testing.
• Conduct User Access Management (UAM) for applications and escalate breaches, if any, accordingly.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Graduate with at least 5 years of work experience in Investment Banking.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in roles of Operational Risk / Compliance / Audit.
• Proven abilities to be involved in risk projects with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written / oral).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Additional Risk Certifications (Compliance / Operational Risk) – Preferable.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
