8+ years of hands on experience on Cloud Computing, Amazon Web Services, Web/Mobile & IoT technologies with at least 1-2 years in Management

Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their business problems, structure suitable solutions and guide them to the right course of action

Deep knowledge and understanding of Project Management and the supporting methodologies (agile, scrum), frameworks (Spring, Jersey, AngularJS, Node.js) and tools (such as JIRA, Jenkins, Git)

Experience across the full technology systems life-cycle, including: envisioning, design and planning, development, testing and stabilization, deployment and operations

Excited about working in product development environment, building version 1.0 from scratch.

Comfortable guiding and working with cutting edge UX/UI engineers, QA engineers, DevOps Engineers & other teams as needed

Capable of making right decisions while dealing with uncertainties & inadequate information.

Passion for technology, commitment to build innovative products that dazzle and have fun doing it

Is fanatical about providing excellent customer service and value to our customers

 Your role

Ability to guide and lead a large sized team

Contribute to feature definition, UX/UI, and systems architecture as appropriate with team members

Formulating appropriate project plans and estimations to deliver the solutions - Creating the necessary proposals and presenting / evangelizing these back to customers

On an ongoing basis, drive execution of the projects by tracking progress and accurate forecasting, resolving and escalating issues in a timely fashion, formulating corrective actions, updating plans, and giving regular professional progress reports to all key stakeholders

Supporting Practice management in benchmarking and lessons learned to identify best practices and process improvements

Lead the delivery of selected projects - by planning the projects in respect of scope and deliverables, work breakdown structure, phasing and milestones, dependencies and assumptions, roles and responsibilities, teaming and staffing, project approach and standards, risk mitigation, sizing, scheduling and costing

Increase the success rate and customer satisfaction on key projects - by reviewing project proposals and plans, and by troubleshooting challenged projects

What we look for

Excellent track record of successfully delivering large scale projects in Cloud Computing, Amazon Web Services, Web/Mobile Technologies & IoT

Experience with Agile, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration environments

Manage the day-to-day deliverables of engineering/QA/design resources as needed for your projects

Ability to build, nurture, and enhance a team - coach and train team members on effective processes and technology best practices

Nice to have Skills

Broad across-the-board knowledge of java, open source technologies and architecture

Professional Project Management certification (Like PMP or CAPM by the Project Management Institute)
