2. Why should I hire you?
I am a
person of positive attitude. I am a quick learner. I have proved in the past
that I am the best performer in any role assigned to me. The post for which I
am interviewing here is of great prestige. I have the ability to quickly adapt
to the new situation and confident of producing desired results in line with
the organizational goal.

I look
forward to accept this challenge and prove myself to this totally new
assignments (a candidate with excellent past track record in an organization
applying for the different job in the same organization).
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My
strength lies in my discipline, perseverance, patience approach which I learned
at my early stage of my life. Besides that my adaptability to any environment,
honesty, optimism and eagerness to learn new things are also my strengths.

Whereas
being an introvert is my weakness. I feel generally carrying everybody alone in
taking decisions makes some of my decision delay is my weakness. I sometimes
also trust people in first contact are my weakness. These are being corrected.
4. Why do you want to work at our company?
I am a
fresher, I want to work at your company because I heard about your company,
this is the best company for freshers so I want to start my career from your
company and I will prove myself and talent by the help your company.
5. What is the difference between confidence
and over confidence?
I think
confidence is when you have a goal, you work hard for that and believe that I
can do it. But when you do nothing for your goal and still believe that I can
do it then this is called over confidence.
6. What is the difference between hard work
and smart work?
Hard
Work is more physical efforts & less mental efforts to complete the task.
Smart
work is less physical efforts & more mental efforts to complete the task
quickly.
Example:
Preparing the whole book for examination is Hard Work. Taking help from
previous question papers to find out the selected material is Smart work.
7. How do you feel about working nights and
weekends?
If my
work is pending then surely I do not have any problem in working at weekends.
And about night shift is I am ready to work in nights but if company provide
full security for girls during night times then working in night is not issue
for me. I will be there in company any time if my presence require.
8. Can you work under pressure?
Yes I can
work under pressue

I am sitting in front of you, after crossing so many pressures, so I don’t
think it’s a pressure. I think it’s a chance to improve myself.
9. Are you willing to relocate or travel?
Yes I
don’t see a problem in that. Being in a single place for a long time doesn’t
really help. You generally build a comfort zone working around known persons
and known environment. When put out of the comfort zone your abilities are put
to test. And there’s where its advantages lie. Because you get to be around new
people, learn new culture, new practices. At the end of the day it helps in
development of the personality.
10. What are your goals?
My
short term goal is to get this job. And Long term goal is to give the job.
