• Should be able to communicate with production team
• Should provide regular MIS to production team for decision making
• Ensuring TAT is met for all clients processed at location
• Should be flexible to work in different shifts
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Must and should have MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlook up) knowledge
• Ability to look at data and present information.
