Job Description:

1) The Engineer will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and administration of the technology (Citrix Symantec & VM) infrastructure.

2) Will be required to manage single / multiple sites to carry out day-to-day maintenance and operations of Windows environments. 

3) Maintain and monitor all systems within environment to ensure optimal performance. knowledge about the HP servers monitoring & management tools. 

4)Recommend and establish operation requirements policies and procedures. Responsible for the management. Timely response and resolution of detected issues. 

5) Service level compliance reviews and reporting in conjunction with NOC team.

6) Hands on experience on HP servers will be an added advantage in terms mounting dismounting commissioning& decommissioning upgrade hardware like RAM HDD Upgrade software patches etc . 

7) Able to make SOP for checklist of data center equipment . 

8) Broad understanding of data center operations typically level 1.

Roles & Responsibilities:

"As an Administrator, you should be able to Monitor the IT Infra structure for its availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors and failures. Handle first-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis

Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required. Log file monitoring for errors. Perform daily, weekly and monthly proactive housekeeping and monitoring activities

Vendor co-ordination, Perform basic Service Requestsbased on Standard Operating Procedures. Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement"
