Job Description:

• Candidate should possess LLB/LLM (must)
• Preferably from IT/ ITES/ Law firms.
• Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience.
• Drafting and vetting of Service agreements, MSA, PSA, NDA, Software license and Hardware
• procurement documentation.
• Drafting, review and settlement of facility leases, license and real estate documentation with Indian& global parties.
• Negotiating agreements and legal documents with global suppliers & vendors.
