Job Description:

1) Need to source profiles using different job portals,Social Networking Sites and through personal and professional references.

2) Need to do the thorough screening of the profiles as per client requirement over the phone or inperson interview.

3) Need to Schedule the candidates for the further rounds in the office or client place.

4) Interaction with clients and follow up in regards to joining dates.

5) Follow up with the candidates until they join the organization.
