Job description

Government encourages business people to do business as it is the only way to collect taxes. For all the taxes there should be proper enactment of Laws. Every Law requires compliances. There are some Laws applicable to business people for dointg business like Partnership Act, Companies Act, Societies Act, Indian Trust Act, employees such as ESI Act, PF Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Minimum wages Act, environment suchas  Pollution Control rules and regulations, society- CorporateSocial Responsibility rules and regulations, public welfare - employment grarantee program, contract labour- wages and facilities to be provided to labourers, labour laws - enactments to protect the interests of labourers, Industries regulation laws applicable to business people.  Government collects taxes to ensure all round development of the State only by collecting taxes.                                                                                                                                                                                                      I am intending to start an ACADEMIC PROJECT  WORK  which will assist the Government in administration of laws governing business people and also the business people to know what are all the various  Laws that are applicable to them and what are the compliances to be complied with and also to convey their greivances to the Government.                                                  

require a person having MBA (finance) and LLB qualifications who is interested in doing academic project works of this nature. I have clear idea as to what to do and how to go about. Initially the candidate is required to work for Saturdays and Sundays only and later on if the candidate finds interest, I would like to convert into a fulltime regular employee to work at Hyderabad. Initially during this internship I would like to offer a stipend of Rs 8000/- for 8 days of work in a month i.e., on Saturdays and Sundays only.
