Lead and manage IT Service to achieve IT Networking/ System Admin objectives as per SLAs. Ensure quality of service/ IT security as per International Std. Act as key link between users in India and tech IT team in France.

Provide/ Administer IT support/ IT Networking/ Server/ Voice/ Desktop for end user. Take care of basic IT services File Server /AD /AV & patch management and other basic software access reconciliation and handle escalations at Level 1 and 2.
