Relish a hearty Korean meal at the Korean Food Festival at Taj Deccan. There will be a set menu for lunch and a buffett for dinner
The menu for the promotion will include dishes like prawns and Bulgogi Sauce, Ohbulgogi-Bulgigi mixed with squid Ansim pyenchae and the all-time favourite Kimchi Salad (Spicy pickled cabbage) which is served often, sometimes at every meal. Commonly used ingredients include sesame oil, doenjang (fermented bean paste) soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes and gochujang (fermented chilli paste).
Sang Hee McAllister, wife of British Deputy High Commissioner, a Korean national herself, curated the menu for the entire fiesta and recipes for all the dishes being prepared have come straight from her kitchen, handed down from generation to generation.
The dining experience is exclusively crafted by Executive Chef Rishi Manucha.
