Designation: IT Executive

Job Description: Technical Profile: 

1. Monitoring and managing the windows servers, communication systems, backups and the complete IT infrastructure, documentation skill would be added advantage.

2. Will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of HP, Dell Servers/desktops/laptops in a large corporate environment on 24*7 work environments.

3. Hands on troubleshooting of Windows/Vista/7/8/Server2K3.

4. Knowledge of MS Outlook and their related troubleshooting.

5. Should be familiar with Client/Server, AD environment.

6. Knowledge of LAN/WAN Achitecture.

7. Must have experience of working in BPO environment.

8. Should be familiar with various software installation.

9. Installation of Computer Peripherals with Drivers on different versions of windows. 

10. Candidate should be totally comfortable working in 24*7 shifts.

Candidate Profile: 

1. Any Graduate/Diploma-Computers 

2. Should have minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in installation and troubleshooting at the desktop level with hands on experience of Windows/Vista/7/8/Server2K3.

3. Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.

4. Must have handled the corporate setups on 24*7 with strong customer handling skill is ideal.

5. Candidate with MCP, MCSE certifications will be an added advantage.
