Associate Group Head Brand Strategy       Upto 9 lakhs

Junior Social Media Strategist

• Manage Brand pages across social networks for clients
• Develop fresh content and ideas to achieve brand objectives
• follow style guidelines and client briefs
• Use web etiquettes to deliver the right messages and stimulate discussions

Senior Social Media Strategist

• Create strategy for international clients for their digital campaigns
• Manage social and digital media for multiple clients
• Create engaging content
• Oversee design creatives
• Manage a small team of executives
• Align with brands marketing strategy and drive the same on digital platforms

Associate Group Head - Brand Strategy

• Building content and creative strategy
• Manage brands across various sectors
• Manage and lead a team of 20 people
• Ensuring the brands voice is maintained across interactions
• Accountability for the creative behind each brand/campaign
• Improve and innovate on the existing content
• Planning the yearly road map for each brand/campaign in collaboration with the client strategy team
• Focusing on generating campaigns
• Setting a clear organisational workflow and ensuring it functions
• Ensuring deadlines on delivery of product

Desired Skills

• Ability to visualise creative ideas and write persuasive content
• Strong research skill coupled with editorial capability
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to work both independently and/or in a team
• Must churn up content in both English and Hindi

Desired Qualifications

Preference for English/ Mass Comm/ Journalism Graduates
