Job Title: Oracle / Peoplesoft / SAP Consultant

The Consultant is responsible for the design, development, testing & support to meet the business needs our clients. Working closely with our Functional Specialists to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance the functionality. The consultant should have strong understanding of ERP product(s), Functional/Technical background in assigned product area and exposure to associated systems and software.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of the Business process and ERP functionality for the features/modules
• Good understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Must display initiative, ability to work independently and be able to use extensive independent judgment.

Experience in working as one of the followings or similar roles:

• Functional Consultant
• Technical Consultant
• Oracle Fusion consultant
• IT Business Services Consultant
• Integration Architect
• Techno Functional
• SAP Basis Administrator
• SAP ABAP Lead

Skills:

• Experience in ABAP with any of the SAP Modules, e.g. SD,MM,HCM, FI, CO,PS,PP
• Experience in any of the Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, Ebiz-Tax, Cash Management, Project Accounting)
• Experience with Hyperion management, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial, Essbase Server and other Hyperion applications like HPCM, FCM, Performance Scorecard and Strategic Finance.
• Oracle Applications 11i/R12 or Peoplesoft
• Knowledge and/or expertise on atleast one or more modules - Core HR, Oracle Benefits, Self Service/Talent/Performance Management, Recruiting Solutions, HR Security/Admin, Time and Labour (OTL), Learning management/iLearning.
