Job description:

Prime KI Software Solutions is looking for a talented Senior ColdFusion Developer to perform programming services. The candidate should have experience in developing web-based applications using ColdFusion, Javascript, and SQL, and a relational database. The candidate must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks with aggressive deadlines. He/She will work independently and collaboratively with peer groups to design, code, test, debug and modify moderately complex systems. He/She must be reliable, dedicated and willing to do what it takes to ensure our team succeeds in all its endeavors. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, India.

The candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of software development; including but not limited to the ability to translate business and technical requirements into extensible, scalable and maintainable applications.

• Coordinating with clients’ affiliates to deploy the allocation as well as customizing projects according to the requirements.
• Managing application servers as well as trouble shooting.
• The position requires high-level of organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Design and implement an efficient solution that meets the functional requirements that are extensible and easily maintained.
• Extend existing code base, or develop new, using proven best practice patterns and coding standards.
• Create and understand Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications by discussing with the client.
• Thorough unit test code for all contingencies outlined in the requirements documentation.
• Check-in code and communicate task status in a timely manner to the client.
• Establish trust, credibility, expertise and rapport with internal and external clients
• Be perceived as a long-term valued business partner who helps clients realize their business objectives.
• Understand the client's industry vertical and help identify core competencies/ competitive advantages for them.
• Demonstrate best practice knowledge and apply skills to deliver an effective solution specific to the client needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility and versatility to adapt to unique team dynamics, client and internal team cultures.
• Managing the tasks and activities of the various projects running in parallel.
• Good communication skills with good team management skills are required.
• Must be flexible with an outstanding work ethic and the ability to respond quickly to client needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Should have at least 5.0 yrs. of experience.
• Should have worked in ColdFusion MX 7 and 9.
• Should be strong in crystal reports.
• Must have proven experience in suggesting innovative ideas to the client and performance tuning.
• Should have worked on AJAX frameworks, web 2.0 interfaces and other third party tools.
• Should be well-versed with MVC architecture, e.g., FuseBox and ColdBox.
• Should be very strong and possess good knowledge in SQL/SQLSERVER 2008.
• Experience working in ColdFusion Administration skills (Standalone/Multi-instance) will be a huge plus.
• Experience with ASP.NET and skills in C#.Net required.
• Strong Enterprise Application integration skills required.
• Candidate must be focused on quality, usability and meeting best practices and web development standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, large environment setting.
